German or French Speaking Customer support Analyst
Fluency in a European language, particularly French or German is essential as well as a minimum of two years excellent external customer support experience ideally within a call centre environment. This role will suit an experienced helpdesk * customer support person who has a more that just basic technical understanding of Desktop and Networks and wants to pursue a more technical career path.
As the first point of contact for customer support, you will be providing technical advice across a range of products and solutions. It is essential that you have at least two years within a customer support*helpdesk environment and will be used to handling a high volume of helpdesk enquiries by phone and email. Excellent communication skills are an obvious must.
